Proposal of urban improvement of the neighborhood of Bellvitge, Barcelona

On the analysis of the neighborhood Bellvitge Barcelona, constructed on the 60´s decade of the past century, was taken a proposal to improve the urban context with the principal objective to bring off the integral habilitation in this area, getting better the public spaces and residential building´s adaptation.

In this case, was studied one block to convert in “Neraly Zero Energy Buildings” NZEB, the strategies was get better passive and active systems and includes renewable energy.
